The location in a quiet area allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top-notch, making us feel welcome and valued. They were always friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and knowledge about the hotel's amenities and programs. Our room was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean, with a bed that was incredibly comfortable. The hotel provided a variety of room amenities, including a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV, ensuring our comfort and convenience.

My partner and I had a wonderful escape! The spacious rooms had a charming traditional style. The romantic package included a bottle of champagne and delicious chocolates, the perfect touch for our getaway. The location was amazing, nestled in a serene setting with breathtaking views. We also loved the tranquil spa and pool area, offering a variety of massage treatments.
The parking situation was not ideal, with a lack of available spaces. while the breakfast was delightful and ample, the dinner service fell short with unfriendly staff who seemed eager to get us out before the designated closing time.

The location of this hotel is great for a romantic getaway, with beautiful scenery and plenty of relaxing spots. the spa treatments offered were enjoyable, with a wide range of options to choose from. the hotel offered a complimentary hour at a nearby attraction, which was a great added bonus.
The service in the restaurant was not up to par and left us with a bad experience. the staff was unfriendly and not accommodating, which detracted from our romantic escape.

The hotel is conveniently located with a short walk to the city center, offering a great view from the room and pleasant bathroom facilities. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing nice surprises such as Easter treats and free access to public swimming pool Aquaria. the breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of offerings to choose from.
Some of the services such as manicure and massage could be improved.

I had a memorable stay in this hotel! The spacious rooms in traditional style were just what I expected. The friendly and knowledgeable staff went above and beyond to make my experience the very best. The breakfast was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the Saturday gala dinner. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and with easy transportation options. Cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
